Position: Hotel Groups Sales Executive
Location: North London
Reporting to: Director of Sales
Our client is one of the largest hotel groups in Europe, and a major player in the hotel world. They are currently looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for service to join their dynamic sales team in London.
The position requires a sales person with specific experience/track record in the Groups market in London, gained in a large volume and luxurious hotel/resort environment. The role would be to achieve cumulative budget objectives in the following segments: Meetings and Business Groups.
Duties would include ensuring that enquiries are taken and information is gathered in an efficient and professional manner, and proposals/quotations are made in line with brand standards. Prospective business would be followed up accurately and efficiently, all information processed in Delphi, and all important customer communications confirmed in writing.
The role would include assisting the Groups Sales Manager to ensure strategic projects and Groups objectives are executed with emphasis to increase sales volume and profitability. Strong analytical skills are required in order to interpret statistics and implement necessary actions. Excellent relationship-building skills are essential to maintain and ensure repeat business and identify new niche markets and business opportunities in the bespoke market segment.
Candidates should have gained previous experience of reviewing market analysis to determine clients' needs, and extending and maintaining accounts accordingly. The role demands a natural and confident communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills and an excellent command of English language. Proficient Spanish would also be advantageous for this role. A target-driven, enthusiastic individual with a real passion for Sales and a can-do attitude is required, someone who is willing to accomplish objectives with efficiency and professionalism.
