Terms & Conditions

Latido Limited, trading as Cook your Business, is a UK registered company and subject to UK company laws.
Cook your Business promotes business opportunities between companies. This is the focus of all its online and offline activities, and those of its members, subscribers, website users, and event attendees.

Membership

Membership of Cook your Business is open to all companies who want to promote their goods and services to other companies, and, in turn, are open to promotion of other member’s goods and services.

Any company can apply to Cook your Business for membership. Cook your Business reserves the right to deny or cancel membership, access to its events or online facilities should the company be deemed not suitable for membership. No explanation needs to be given.

Any company or its representatives acting in a manner not conducive to the aims of Cook your Business can have its membership suspended or rescinded at the discretion of Cook your Business. Such activities such as non-payment of fees, spamming members via email, posting of lewd or inappropriate content online or aggressive promotion can lead to suspension or membership cancellation. In such circumstances, no refund of fees will be made.

Company members pay an annual subscription fee in return for benefits that are accorded to member companies. These include priority invitations for events, reduced or free entry to certain events and at the discretion of Cook your Business, free entry into the online directory and other services designed to increase business marketing opportunities for each of its members.

Membership will only start after payment has been received at the discretion of Cook your Business and on the understanding that the terms of membership including payment have been understood and accepted by the company.

Failure to pay for company membership will lead to a suspension of membership. Cook your Business will pursue full annual payment and will only re-activate the membership once the annual payment is received in full.
Renewal membership payments, except those paid by cheque to Latido Limited, will be notified by invoice and email. Payment must be made before the end of the current annual membership date. In such cases where payment is not received before the end of current membership, membership will be suspended pending settlement.

Cook your Business requires payment within 30 days of invoice and reserves the right to charge an administration fee for late-payment of renewals.

Privacy

All personal and corporate information is only used by Cook your Business for its own business purposes. We act in accordance with UK Data Law and will not pass on your details to third parties.

From time to time, Cook your Business works with agencies which provide additional business services, such as support, training or access to finance. In such cases, these other agencies will be providing services that we believe you will find useful and are themselves usually members of Cook your Business. They will not have access to your data if you do not agree it.

Advertisers

Members of Cook your Business will have special discounts for Advertising in the Cook your Business website together with Sponsorship opportunities.

Dealings with any other partners, associates or advertisers are entirely between you and the company directly.

Event bookings

All data collected when booking is subject to our Privacy terms above. All Business Networking for members will be free of charge.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Latido Limited Ltd, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of any online content, services, or your breach of the terms of these Terms and Conditions.
